Shipping policy

We understand that waiting for a package can be the hardest part. While we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, there are moments when the delivery timeline stretches beyond the initial estimate. These rare occurrences are simply beyond our reach. A key factor that can introduce unexpected pauses is the customs process, which operates independently of our control.

What We Can't Control (Delays)

On rare occasions, a package may arrive later than the time frame initially shown. These delays are outside our hands—customs processes, in particular, can sometimes hold things up.

Your Responsibility for Returns

When a return is initiated, the cost of shipping the item back to us is your responsibility. It's also important to know that the original shipping charges from your order are not refundable. Should a refund be approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total amount you receive back.

Exchange Timing Factors

The delivery time for an exchange isn't a fixed number. It shifts based on several variables, including your specific location, any public holidays that might fall during the transit period, the destination country's own handling procedures, severe weather events, and the standard operating methods of international couriers.

When We Cover Shipping

There is a single, specific exception to the return shipping rule. Lilybelless will cover the shipping costs only when an item arrives damaged and a replacement is necessary. In all other cases, the return shipping costs fall to you, and the original shipping charges are non-refundable, with the return shipping amount deducted from any potential refund.
